We stayed 1 night; would definitely come back. We had a such great stay in Toucheng just next door to Keelung, Toucheng instead of Yilan, and Yilan. Allen made everything for all of us. There was Francine Art Restaurant with some goodies/coffee etc, set not too far from the venue...
